Otter Creek Engineering (OCE), established in 1998, is a respected civil and environmental engineering consulting firm in Vermont, specializing in the evaluation, design, permitting, and construction administration of municipal utility infrastructure, roadway, and environmental remediation projects, as well as institutional and commercial site improvements.
The goal of Otter Creek Engineering is to establish long term working relationships with our clients. Therefore, high quality services and client satisfaction are a primary emphasis in everything we do at OCE.
