Rob Rooker

Rob joined OCE in May 2016 as an Engineering Technician. He is a graduate of Vermont Technical College, with an associates degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology. Robert manages the workflow of the technical staff, overseeing surveying and drafting.
