F.W. Webb Wholesale Facility

As part of F.W. Webb’s strategic expansion across the Northeast, Otter Creek Engineering was retained to provide site design, permitting, and construction phase services for a new 35,000 square-foot wholesale facility in Middlebury, Vermont. Working with Massachusetts-based Green Leaf Construction, OCE obtained local permitting approval, performed site topographic survey, and coordinated the design of municipal infrastructure. OCE worked with the State stormwater district to incorporate and amend the existing stormwater permit obtained in 1995 to new standards and include the new facility.

OCE prepared an Act 250 land use permit, State stormwater discharge permit, construction general permit, and water/wastewater permitting. OCE coordinated with VTrans to assess traffic impacts.
