Otter Creek Engineering is pleased to welcome Drew Kiernan as a staff engineer to the OCE team. Drew grew up in Shoreham and recently graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Having experience with a local heavy contractor, Drew was a natural fit for our construction review crew, and he has been observing a wastewater improvement project in Brattleboro. Drew is a welcome addition to our engineering staff, and we look forward to his contributions to Vermont’s water resources!
