James has worked for over 20 years in the field of environmental science as an environmental consultant, hydrogeologist, project manager, professional geologist (PG), and over 10 years as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). James is a hydrogeologist who provides senior project leadership for environmental projects and hydrogeologic support to engineers on water supply projects. His focus is on water supply, site remediation, environmental compliance, hydrogeologic fate and transport, sustainable Brownfield redevelopment, and wastewater systems.
James is a father of two daughters, a Deacon at Grace Church in Rutland, VT since 2024, an Ambassador at Killington Ski Resort since Winter 2024, and a singer-songwriter who performs in Vermont on a monthly basis. In October 2022, his peer-reviewed journal article was published in Watershed Ecology and the Environment, entitled “A background review and ecological risk assessment of the tactical basin plan for the Otter Creek Basin watershed ecosystem restoration project in central Vermont, USA” (available here).
