Cathy Foutch

Cathy has worked with partners around the globe—from managing the production and quality of goods for an outdoor clothing company to applying for and managing grants as the Recreation Director for the Town of Killington. These experiences, and her pre-law background, have given her an eye for accuracy and sharp attention to detail. Cathy joined OCE in 2021 as our Contract/Permitting Specialist, and along with the writing, managing, and preparation of contracts and permits, she helps manage office workflow every day.

Cathy has a passion for cross-country skiing, a sport she has enjoyed since a child. She started the Killington Cross Country Ski Club and has recently been working on completing the entire 300-mile run of the Catamount Trail, a piece at a time, with her husband. With the exception of the office, Cathy doesn’t go anywhere without her dog, Shiloh!
