Bill joined Otter Creek Engineering, Inc. in August of 2003.  His professional experience as a hydrogeologist and project manager in Vermont and Massachusetts has focused on Phase I and II ESA’s, hazardous and contaminated waste site investigation and remediation, environmental site assessments, environmental monitoring and sampling, development, testing and permitting of potable water supply sources, permitting, subdivision development, and on-site wastewater disposal system siting and design.
