Ben Pease

Communication Coordinator

Ben has held a variety of leadership roles in a number of fields, from Coordinator of the Writing Center and Division at ASA College to Folk Music Director at WERS 88.9FM, Boston. Ben brings over a decade of experience as a professional writer, editor, and designer.

Ben was a double major at Emerson College, earning a BFA in Writing, Literature and Publishing and a BA in Political Communication. He then went on to earn an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University. He worked as editor and book designer for Monk Books and has moved on to become the book designer for factory hollow press. He is the Executive Director of the Ruth Stone House, where he oversees the literary nonprofit organization, co-teaches a weekly writing workshop, and leads the renovation process of Ruth Stone’s historic property in Goshen, Vermont. He is the author of several poetry collections, including Furniture in Space, Chateau Wichman, and Silent Swan.
